Stand By Me Photo Booth, LLC reserves the right to cease operation and remove the photo booth if at any time a representative of the company feels that the guest's behavior is endangering the safety of the guests, the photo booth, or the photo booth operator.

5. Intellectual Property

All photos taken by the photobooth remain the intellectual property of Stand By Me Photo Booth, LLC. We reserve the right to use any photographs for advertising, display, or any purpose thought fit by Stand By Me Photo Booth, LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stand By Me Photo Booth, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs, or expenses.
